Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile data: Your phone number and SMS consent records are used only to deliver the messages you requested. They are processed by our SMS service provider (Sinch) solely to send those messages, and are never sold, rented, or shared for others' marketing.
